We’re looking for a Social Content Creator to join a growing global in-house Creative Hub.

This is a social-first, hands-on content creation role for someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling. You’ll concept, film, edit and occasionally appear in short-form video content, transforming business travel, technology and everyday traveler experiences into engaging stories people actually want to watch and share.

You’ll be confident behind and in front of the camera , understand platform behaviors and trends, and know how to find the “humor in the hustle” of business travel.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Concept, film and edit organic short-form video content from start to finish
• Create platform-native content specifically for social — not simply cutdowns of traditional advertising
• Manage on-camera talent and appear in content yourself when needed
• Write engaging hooks, scripts, captions, copy and text overlays
• Turn complex travel technology, booking tools and expense solutions into simple, relatable stories
• Lead with the real problems travelers experience while creatively showcasing how the product provides a solution
• Spot social trends, cultural moments and platform behaviors and turn them into timely, relevant content
• Optimize creative specifically for social platforms while maintaining a B2B customer mindset
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers and creative leadership within the wider Creative Hub
• Experiment with AI writing and video tools to accelerate ideation, captioning, translation and content adaptation

What We’re Looking For

• A strong portfolio of short-form, social-first video content
• Advanced hands-on filming and editing skills
• A natural, engaging and confident on-camera presence
• Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, algorithms and what drives engagement
• Excellent creative copywriting and scripting skills, particularly hooks, pacing, tone and platform-native language
• Strong phone-first production skills
• Experience with CapCut and Adobe Premiere / Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to self-manage a high volume of creative assets and work effectively under tight deadlines
• Genuine interest in experimenting with AI-powered content creation tools
• Strong professional English and confidence working with global teams
