Strategic Real Estate & Facilities Sourcing Leader
Chain IQ
Chain IQ in Mexico City is seeking a senior subject matter expert for Real Estate, Facilities Management, Construction, and Workplace Services sourcing to drive enterprise category strategies and supplier performance.
You will lead complex negotiations, contract structuring (MSAs, SOWs), and work with executive stakeholders to shape strategies, mentor peers, and promote procurement best practices across the organization. This role requires strong analytics and market intelligence.
