We’re hiring: Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize Paid Search campaigns
• Conduct keyword research and campaign expansion
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs
• Manage budget pacing and forecasting
• Execute A/B testing and campaign optimization strategies
• Create performance reports and actionable insights
• Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Excel, and SQL
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve campaign results
• Stay updated on SEM industry trends and best practices

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Paid Search
• Strong hands‑on experience with Google Ads & Microsoft Ads
• Experience with campaign setup, optimization, keyword research, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong analytical and reporting skillsExperience with A/B testing methodologies
• Advanced Excel and Google Analytics skills
• SQL knowledge preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• English level B2 required
