We're Hiring: Treasury Analyst | Remote in Mexico

We are looking for a Treasury Analyst to join our global finance team and support strategic liquidity management initiatives across a complex international organization. If you have a passion for treasury operations, financial analysis, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making, this is your opportunity to make a global impact.

What You'll Do

✔ Support global internal liquidity processes, including intercompany loans, dividend payments, capital movements, revolving loans, and commercial debt payments.
✔ Maintain accurate accounting records and interest calculations related to treasury operations.
✔ Coordinate with Finance, Tax, Legal, Accounting, and Treasury teams across multiple regions.
✔ Ensure compliance and proper documentation for treasury transactions and financing structures.
✔ Monitor cash flow reporting, forecasting activities, and treasury performance metrics.
✔ Develop dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility of intercompany financial operations.
✔ Contribute to process optimization, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.

What We're Looking For

✅ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
✅ 1-2 years of experience in Treasury, FP&A, Financial Consulting, or Financial Process Engineering.
✅ Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, pivot tables, and automation tools.
✅ Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Treasury Management Systems such as Kyriba.
✅ Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python is highly desirable.
✅ Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
✅ Advanced English proficiency.
