Lead Finance Specialist - FP&A Operations

Job Description Summary

Responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for Corporate, a business, or a P&L within a business. In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing the business cycle: 3 year plan, budget, forecasts at each level of the organization.
• Define KPIs to measure performance in all areas of the organization: manufacturing, R&D, engineering, supply, commissioning.
• Analyze performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of a discipline; uses prior experience and acquired expertise to execute functional policy/strategy.
• Job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor, with proven interpersonal skills.
• Communicate with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
• Provide informal guidance to new team members.
• Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
• Impact projects, processes and procedures in own field.
• Operate with some autonomy, focused on execution of activities and provision of advice within an enabling discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures.
• Activities require professional judgment, may require more senior guidance.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Finance & FP&A Operations.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
