MEDIA COORDINATOR

The Media Coordinator will dive headfirst into the world of influencer marketing, not just to take orders or check off tasks, but to make an impact from day one. This role involves supporting the team by identifying the perfect creators for our brand partners’ campaigns, ensuring every detail is managed, and maintaining a high level of accuracy

The Media Coordinator will navigate the Salesforce creator database, keeping it updated and accurate to build strong partnerships. This position includes exploring platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitch to help identify the best creators, collaborating with the accounts team to brainstorm fresh strategies, and discovering new opportunities to elevate media plans

REQUIREMENTS

Here’s the background and experience we value:

• The Media Coordinator will be full-time remote role, with candidates preferably based in Mexico
• Prior experience in a professional environment is a plus, and a willingness to work hard and adapt is essential
• An eagerness to learn and take initiative, along with a proactive approach to solving problems, is highly valued
• Strong communication skills are required, with the ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly across different cultures and languages
• A passion for media, marketing, and technology is important, and a foundational knowledge in these areas will help the Media Coordinator thrive
• The ideal candidate is well-organized, comfortable managing multiple tasks, and able to adapt to shifting priorities
• Knows how to bring people together - whether it's organizing a group project, taking the lead on a campus event, or simply getting the team on the same page. Comfortable meeting new people and sharing ideas that matter
• Comfortable in Google Suite software and Microsoft Office, with experience in creating presentations, writing emails, and managing projects. Ready to collaborate effectively online
