Global Lead Project Manager (FSP), Mexico (remote)

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Global Lead Project Manager to oversee end-to-end clinical trial delivery across multiple therapeutic areas. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, maintaining sponsor relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving project execution within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact between sponsor and organization at project level
• Ensure adherence to escalation pathways and communication protocols internally and externally
• Lead cross-functional project teams to meet or exceed deliverables and quality standards
• Manage project finances, resource alignment to budget, and contract negotiations
• Drive risk identification, issue resolution, and regulatory compliance across projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal academic/vocational qualification
• Minimum 5+ years as Global Lead Project Manager conducting clinical trials end-to-end
• Several years of vendor management and oversight experience across diverse vendor types
• Advanced therapeutic area knowledge and clinical development guidelines understanding
• Strong financial acumen and project management principles (time, quality, cost)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management systems
• Cross-cultural awareness with negotiation and influence capabilities
