About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and experienced Trainer to join our team at LVMH. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our retail teams' success, ensuring they deliver an exceptional, world-class luxury experience. You will design, implement, and deliver engaging training programs that elevate product knowledge, artistry, and sales techniques across our locations.

Responsibilities

• Empower Retail Teams: Deliver high-impact training sessions focusing on brand heritage, product knowledge, and clienteling.
• On-the-Floor Coaching: Work closely with store staff to observe, guide, and enhance their sales techniques and customer service skills.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and collaborate with management to identify areas for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5–7-year training experience in perfumes & beauty sector
• Experience: Proven track record working as a Trainer or in a similar field-training capacity.
• Language Skills: Advanced, fluent English is absolutely mandatory for this role.
• Travel Flexibility: Full availability to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, to support various locations.
