Construction Scheduler

We're looking for an experienced Construction Scheduler to join our growing preconstruction team and help drive successful delivery of ground-up commercial and multifamily construction projects across the United States.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules from preconstruction through project completion.
• Build baseline schedules, monitor critical path activities, and identify schedule risks.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, subcontractors, and clients to optimize project sequencing.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules, recovery plans, and schedule updates.
• Track procurement milestones, long-lead items, and project progress.
• Support project planning, turnover, and schedule reporting.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in construction scheduling , project management, or field operations.
• Experience with ground-up commercial or multifamily construction projects .
• Strong knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling and construction sequencing.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 , Microsoft Project , Procore , and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Professional English communication (C1 or higher).
