Head of Revenue Location Remote Preference for Mexico City Employment TypeContractor About the Role We are seeking a strategic and datadriven Head of Revenue to lead and optimize the companys commercial operation across LATAM and the U.S. This role is responsible for building scalable revenue processes, driving operational excellence, coaching commercial teams, implementing performance frameworks, and enabling sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate combines commercial leadership experience with a strong analytical mindset, understands revenue operations and CRM management, and can translate business insights into scalable processes that improve commercial performance. Key Responsibilities Revenue Commercial Strategy Define and optimize revenue generation strategies across LATAM and the U.S. Identify target customer segments, value propositions, gotomarket initiatives, and commercial opportunities. Analyze sales funnel performance and continuously improve conversion rates across the customer acquisition process. Develop scalable commercial processes that support longterm growth objectives. Commercial Team Leadership Lead and coach business development and commercial teams responsible for pipeline generation. Establish operational processes, KPIs, SLAs, lead qualification criteria, and performance management frameworks. Identify bottlenecks across the commercial funnel and implement datadriven improvements. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and execution excellence. Revenue Operations CRM Own and optimize the CRM platform and commercial technology stack. Design CRM workflows, reporting structures, dashboards, and process automations. Drive CRM implementation, adoption, governance, and continuous optimization. Ensure data quality and reporting accuracy across all commercial activities. Marketing Commercial Alignment Collaborate closely with Marketing to align demand generation initiatives with commercial objectives. Support initiatives related to inbound marketing, digital campaigns, events, partnerships, SEO, content marketing, and conversion optimization. Monitor marketing contribution to pipeline creation and revenue generation. Strengthen collaboration between commercial and marketing functions through performance metrics and shared objectives. Customer Growth Expansion Develop structured account growth and customer expansion strategies. Design processes to support customer retention, upselling, crossselling, and longterm account development. Build reporting mechanisms to increase visibility into postsale revenue opportunities. Requirements 5 years of experience in Revenue Leadership, Revenue Operations, Commercial Management, Sales Leadership, or Demand Generation. Proven experience leading commercial, business development, SDR, BDR, or revenue teams. Strong knowledge of CRM platforms HubSpot experience is preferred. Experience designing commercial processes, KPIs, dashboards, and operational frameworks. Strong analytical, problemsolving, and datadriven decisionmaking skills. Demonstrated ability to coach teams and improve commercial performance through process optimization. English proficiency B2 minimum conversational level required. Valid U.S. visa or willingness and ability to travel to the United States. Experience in highgrowth, scaling, or fastpaced business environments is highly preferred.
