Ejecutivo telefónico de servicio al cliente

EJECUTIVO TELEFÓNICO DE ASISTENCIA
Turno Vespertino (3 pm a 11 pm)
Requisitos:
- Escolaridad media superior concluida.
- Experiencia de 1 año mínima en atención a clientes (Call Center).
- Uso de sistemas de atención a clientes.
- Disponibilidad de tiempo completo.
Actividades:
- Recepción de solicitudes, asignación de proveedores, seguimiento continuo y aseguramiento de la resolución final con altos estándares de calidad y satisfacción del cliente.
- Asignar el caso al área de acuerdo con el tipo de servicio requerido (médico, hogar, vial, etc.).
- Dar seguimiento para asegurar que el servicio se brinde en tiempo y forma según lo estipulado en la campaña.
- Brindar un servicio integral desde la toma de datos hasta el cierre de los casos.
