Social SaaS Customer Success Manager | Hybrid (Mexico City)

Hootsuite Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage a select portfolio of customers, onboarding them and ensuring tools to achieve business goals on social. You will guide customers to success, drive adoption, revenue retention and advocacy, and participate in QBRs.
This hybrid role is open to applicants located within Mexico City, Mexico and reports to the Senior Manager, Customer Success.
