Business Operations Analyst I

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing training programs, including content, materials, and delivery methods.
• Developing training materials such as manuals, presentations, videos, and online modules.
• Facilitating training sessions, workshops, and other learning events, both in-person and virtually.
• Assisting with larger projects/process changes as it relates to Business Operations.
• Cross‑functional support among teams within the organization.
• Training backlog maintenance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience developing training materials and content.
• Experience with Articulate or similar tools.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams.
