ALTEN México está en búsqueda de un Support IT altamente motivado y proactivo para unirse a nuestro equipo. Como parte de nuestra misión en ALTEN, ofrecemos servicios de soporte técnico adaptados a las necesidades de nuestros clientes, asegurando la continuidad y eficiencia en todas las operaciones de TI.
El candidato ideal será responsable de brindar asistencia técnica de primer nivel, gestionando y resolviendo incidencias relacionadas con el hardware, software y redes, así como colaborar en proyectos para optimizar los servicios tecnológicos dentro de la organización.
Responsabilidades
- Atender y resolver solicitudes de soporte técnico via telefónica, correo electrónico y presencial.
- Diagnosticar problemas y ofrecer soluciones rápidas para minimizar el tiempo de inactividad.
- Mantener la documentación de soporte e incidencias en el sistema de gestión de tickets.
- Colaborar con otros equipos técnicos para escalar incidentes y asegurar su resolución.
- Realizar seguimientos proactivos a las incidencias abiertas hasta su cierre.
- Instalar y configurar equipos, software y dispositivos de red según lo requerido.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas de seguridad y ciberseguridad de la empresa.
- Capacitar a los usuarios en el uso y manejo eficiente de la tecnología disponible.
Requisitos
- Título en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Computación o carrera afín.
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en soporte técnico o roles similares.
- Conocimiento sólido en sistemas operativos (Windows, Linux, MacOS) y aplicaciones comunes.
- Familiaridad con redes y protocolos (TCP/IP, WiFi, LAN).
- Habilidades de comunicación efectivas y capacidad de trabajar en equipo.
- Dominio intermedio de inglés es deseable.
- Certificaciones en ITIL, CompTIA A+, o similares son un plus.
