About the Role

We're looking for a senior level Email and CRM Specialist to own all Klaviyo flows and campaigns across our brand portfolio. This includes ongoing lifecycle and retention email for our subscription brands, repeat purchase focused campaigns for our single purchase brand, and building out retailer facing email communication for our wholesale brand, which currently has no email program at all. You will work hands on in Klaviyo daily, and you need to already know how to build flows and campaigns independently, this is not a role where Klaviyo experience gets learned on the job.

We are a multi brand pet products company operating across subscription DTC, single purchase DTC, and wholesale models, each with different customer relationships and different email needs.

What You'll Do

Own and continuously improve Klaviyo flows for our subscription brands, including welcome series, abandoned cart, replenishment reminders, win back campaigns, and cancellation flow support

Build and manage repeat purchase focused email campaigns for our single purchase brand, including new release announcements and post purchase engagement, directly supporting a known gap in how email has been used for that brand

Build retailer facing email communication for our wholesale brand, directed at retail buyers and accounts who purchase wholesale, not end consumers, since no email program currently exists for this brand

Run ongoing A/B tests across flows and campaigns, including subject lines, send timing, content, and segmentation, and use results to continuously improve performance rather than treating any flow as finished

Optimize signup forms to maximize list acquisition, engagement, and downstream revenue

Develop content calendars aligned with each brand's objectives and release timing

Manage Klaviyo account infrastructure, integrations, and segmentation setup across all brands

Conduct regular Klaviyo audits and resolve issues involving deliverability, responsive design, dynamic tagging, and personalization

Perform quality assurance checks on every campaign and flow before send, catching rendering, link, and personalization errors before they reach customers

Monitor and analyze lifecycle and email marketing performance using Klaviyo Analytics and Google Analytics, and generate clear, accurate reporting on results

Provide data driven recommendations to improve performance and return on investment across all brands

Coordinate with each brand's manager to translate their requirements into fully built Klaviyo campaigns and flows

What We're Looking For

Minimum three years managing or heavily involved in an email retention marketing program for a B2C ecommerce brand

Hands on Klaviyo experience is required, including expert level proficiency, custom flow logic, complex segmentation, and predictive analytics features, you must already know how to independently build both flows and campaigns without ramp up time

Experience with SMS, push, or direct mail retention marketing in addition to email is a plus

Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email design and customization

Familiarity with CRM or CDP tools, ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, and Google Analytics

Required, hands on experience with a company that manufactures, ships, or fulfills a physical product to consumers

Strongly preferred, experience with a subscription or autoship product model

Strongly preferred, experience in the pet industry

Strong analytical skills with a track record of turning data into concrete revenue generating recommendations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple brands and priorities simultaneously

Self motivated and proactive, with proven success working independently in a remote environment
