Senior Marketing Specialist

Design and polish mobile-responsive email formats and landing page structures by working within Marketo's modular editing environment Apply working knowledge of HTML/CSS to address layout errors, refine text presentation, and maintain steady display quality across a range of email providers and device types Reformat Figma-based designs into accurately rendered emails that function properly across multiple client platforms Produce and oversee Marketo-based landing pages, data collection forms, and reusable building blocks that cut down on future development time Configure and oversee automated nurture flows and audience groupings through Marketo to drive different campaign goals Deploy various campaign types, ranging from single email sends to multi-part drip sequences and marketing pushes for webinars or live events Manage the organization of campaign pieces like merge fields, dynamic blocks, and overall program layout, following Marketo's recommended naming and folder conventions Support ongoing database cleanliness, contact record management, and lead scoring/assignment logic working alongside the marketing operations group Watch over email deliverability rates, display consistency, and link tracking accuracy, while examining ongoing metrics such as open percentages, click volume, unsubscribe rates, and bounce figures Perform detailed reviews on all outgoing emails to ensure correct formatting, active links, and properly inserted personalization details Plan and oversee split-testing programs that examine factors such as subject line phrasing, sender identity, design variation, and send-time optimization Assemble precise audience lists using Marketo's list segmentation tools and rule-based filtering, ensuring adherence to GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM regulations along with data integrity Guarantee that tracking URLs and UTM codes are correctly applied across every marketing asset Coordinate with colleagues across marketing, design, content, and campaign functions to define project scope and manage review and approval steps Take responsibility for organizing the calendar and deadlines tied to email and campaign deliverables in a constantly active marketing department Keep records of development procedures, coding standards, and template inventories to help the wider team learn faster and work more efficiently Recommend enhancements drawn from new Marketo tools and industry standards to boost the effectiveness of campaigns going forward A minimum of three years of applied experience creating and managing campaigns within Adobe Marketo Engage, where Marketo Certified Professional or Associate credentials are viewed favorably, or similar hands-on work with tools like HubSpot or Salesforce Confident working knowledge of HTML/CSS, particularly regarding how different email platforms handle formatting and display Hands-on familiarity with email testing resources such as Litmus or Email on Acid Extensive understanding of what drives strong deliverability, how sender reputation works, and compliance requirements under CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL Deep familiarity with building and analyzing A/B testing frameworks Talent for transforming static design mockups into fully operational, on-brand email formats Careful, detail-oriented approach paired with dependable quality control practices Comfortable overseeing several email development projects at the same time while working within a fast-paced, deadline-driven atmosphere Proficient English skills at an Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
