Commercial Planning Analyst in Mexico City

The Opportunity

As a Commercial Planning Analyst , you will play an important role in bringing new products and commercial initiatives to life by ensuring accurate product information is created and maintained across PepsiCo's systems.

Working closely with teams across Marketing, Research & Development, Finance, Supply Chain and Project Management, you'll help transform business ideas into products that reach customers successfully.

Your Impact

As a Commercial Planning Analyst, you will:

• Support the successful execution of commercial initiatives by ensuring product information is accurately created and maintained across business systems.
• Analyze business requests and identify the master data required to launch new products or commercial changes.
• Create and maintain product information including product codes, pricing attributes, packaging details and other critical commercial data.
• Validate data quality to ensure downstream systems receive accurate and reliable information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D and Project Management throughout project execution.
• Prioritize multiple initiatives while meeting business deadlines.
• Identify process improvement opportunities that simplify workflows and improve data quality.
• Support innovation launches by coordinating data requirements across different markets, brands and customer channels.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Education

Bachelor's Degree

Experience

• 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Internship experience is welcome.
• Experience in data analysis, business operations, supply chain, commercial planning or project coordination is a plus.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with large datasets is preferred.
• Exposure to ERP or business systems is a plus.
