Hiring: Content Moderator / Trust & Safety Quality Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Content Moderation / Trust & Safety professional to join our team and help maintain high standards of content quality, platform safety, and policy compliance.

Role: Content Moderator / Quality Analyst – Trust & Safety

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate user-generated content (UGC) against established platform policies and guidelines.
• Identify and classify policy violations, safety risks, and edge cases accurately.
• Conduct quality audits and content evaluations to ensure moderation decisions meet required quality standards.
• Apply policies consistently and escalate complex or high-risk cases when required.
• Analyze user reports, feedback, and moderation trends to identify recurring issues.
• Participate in calibration sessions and support consistency across moderation teams.
• Identify trends and provide insights to improve content quality and moderation processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve policy enforcement, workflows, and evaluation processes .
• Maintain productivity and accuracy while working in a high-volume content review environment .
• Support continuous improvement of content classification and quality processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, Content Review, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of content policies and policy enforcement .
• Experience reviewing user-generated content at scale.
• Strong ability to identify risk, policy violations, and complex/edge cases .
• Experience with quality audits, calibration, or moderation quality assurance .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to make consistent decisions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment .
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills .

Preferred Experience

• Experience with major social media, technology, or digital platforms.
• Experience in Trust & Safety operations .
• Experience with content classification, data labeling, or search quality evaluation .
• Experience analyzing moderation trends and user feedback.
• Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Jira, Slack , or similar platforms.
• Experience working with international or remote teams.
• Strong cultural and internet awareness.
