Regional Marketing Manager - Colombia

As Regional Marketing Manager, you will lead a dedicated local team, craft campaigns that truly resonate with Colombian clients, and have the autonomy to make real decisions in a market where your work will have immediate, visible impact.

Responsibilities:

• Directly manage, mentor, and synchronize a local team of 4 specialists (KOL, Community, PR/Events, SEO), setting the direction, removing blockers, and creating an efficient environment.
• Develop quarterly marketing plans for locally relevant strategies for Colombia and its client community.
• Manage the regional marketing budget, allocating spend across channels based on performance data, and continuously looking for ways to improve efficiency and results.
• Use analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance, understand user behaviour, and guide your team's priorities.
• Serve as the key connection point between your local team and Global HQ - sharing market insights and coordinating on global campaigns.
• Continuously monitor the Colombian competitive landscape, emerging local payment methods, and cultural shifts to identify new opportunities and competitors.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing a team of 3 or more specialists (e.g., KOL, Content, PR, or Community) in fintech, crypto, retail trading, or a comparable fast‑moving industry.
• Expertise in organic and partnership‑driven acquisition in Colombia and Latin America, including scaling KOL/Influencer marketing, local PR, offline events, and localized SEO/community building.
• Proven experience directly allocating and optimizing monthly regional marketing budgets ranging from $50,000, skilled at driving down CPA and maximizing ROI.
• Strong background in sourcing, auditing, and closing complex deals with Colombian influencers, financial bloggers, and local partners.
• Solid hands‑on experience with analytics tools: Google Analytics 4, Tableau, PowerBI with the ability to interpret cohort data, traffic quality, and LTV trends.
• Hands‑on proficiency with mobile attribution platforms – AppsFlyer or Adjust, including conversion tracking, traffic quality analysis, and fraud detection.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, or Confluence) to keep teams aligned and campaigns on track.
• Native Spanish and fluent in business English for daily communication with the cross‑regional teams.

Will be a plus:

• Prior experience in Retail FX, CFD brokerage, or crypto exchange marketing in Colombia.
• Experience using Agile project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana to manage a local marketing team.
• An existing network of financial influencers, media contacts, or affiliate partners in Colombia.
• Knowledge of financial advertising compliance in Colombia.
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools to support content and campaign production.
