Global Tech Support Engineer (L2, Python)
Ebury Group
Ebury Group in Mexico City is seeking a Technical Operations Engineer to join our support engineering team. You will troubleshoot applications, services, and infrastructure issues and work with engineering to improve workflows.
The role requires L2 support experience, Python development, and a strong drive to identify root causes. English proficiency is required; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus. This is a hybrid position with 4 days in the office and 1 day at home.
