MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field and 3 years’ experience of pricing analytics in a highly competitive pricing environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

• 3 years’ experience of pricing analytics in a highly competitive pricing environment
• Extracting, analysing, manipulating, and updating large volumes of data
• Working with ERP systems; creating and modifying customer price lists
• Aptitude for mathematics and statistics to analyse trends
• Ability to solve complex problems that involve competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and business acumen
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience of Business Intelligence tools
• Knowledge of Salesforce
• Desirable: Relevant experience in Medical Device/Healthcare organisations
• Desirable: Developing Power BI reports
• Desirable: Power Query, VBA or SQL
• English advanced / written and conversational

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Designing, building, and assuming ownership of the pricing models
• Monitors and reports on the results of pricing adjustments identify major deviations, and ensures accuracy and integrity in the output of performance reports
• Perform margin and pricing analysis to support business initiatives
• Control, create, monitor, and update customer price lists and agreements, across multiple ERP systems
• Develop a system of communication, documentation, and review of pricing data
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments when delivering pricing analytics for current and proposed product ranges, providing support to highlight pricing risks and opportunities
• Dealing with pricing queries
• Proactively improving the pricing process, including working with IT to develop existing and new tools
• Supporting contracts and tenders by providing insightful pricing analysis
