HR Advisor

We’re looking for a Human Resources Advisor to join our team at our Apodaca manufacturing site .

This is a dynamic role with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition across Mexico , combined with hands-on exposure to broader HR processes, including employee and labor relations, talent management, HR systems, compliance and continuous improvement .

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across Mexico , partnering closely with Hiring Managers.
• Source, interview and assess talent, building strong candidate pipelines and delivering a great candidate experience.
• Advise leaders on talent, performance, development and employee-related topics .
• Support labor and union relations at the Apodaca site.
• Maintain accurate HR information and support processes through SuccessFactors and other HR systems .
• Participate in HR compliance activities and audits, including IATF/ISO requirements .
• Partner with local, regional and global HR teams to continuously improve our processes and employee experience.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field .
• 3–5 years of experience in HR and/or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly valued.
• Fluent English .
• Strong communication, organization and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with SuccessFactors, TRESS or similar HR systems is a plus.
• Exposure to labor relations, union environments, IATF 16949 or ISO audits is highly desirable.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Apodaca, Nuevo León | Hybrid (3 days on-site)
