YOUR ROLE

• Specialized CAE engineer to develop and verify harness components performing CAE/FEA with Moldflow.
• CAE/FEA simulations development to validate and optimize molds used to produce plastic parts.
• Design and modification of simulations with Autodesk Moldflow.
• Mold designs optimization.
• Quality improvement and cycle times reduction.
• To validate designs comply with guidelines and rules defined by the client.
• Design and release of work products into the PLM system.
• Suppliers management for product/process qualification (PPAP agreement).
• To advise design changes for manufacturability.
• Manage tooling manufacturing with suppliers to meet requirements.

YOUR PROFILE

• Good conversational English (B2, C1, C2).
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics engineering or equivalent.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in 3DX CATIA v6 (mandatory).
• Experience in 3D and 2D design with CATIA v5 .
• Experience with CAE/FEA tools .
• Experience with Moldflow .
• Experience in communicating with technical stakeholders to collect and clarify requirements.
• Experience with PPAP managing suppliers for automotive products delivery.
• Experience with DFMEA .
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Experience in plastic parts design .
• Experience with PLM SW such as Teamcenter.
• Experience with wire harness parts .
• Experience with automotive 3D and 2D design guidelines .
