Finance Specialist

Job Responsibilities

1. E-commerce Platform Reconciliation & Fee Sorting: Responsible for account reconciliation and sorting of platform-related fees for mainstream cross-border e-commerce platforms including Mercado Libre, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shein and Temu, ensuring accurate and consistent financial data.

2. Sales Invoicing: Manage and complete sales invoicing work for all orders generated from Mercado Libre, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shein and Temu platforms in accordance with relevant financial regulations.

3. Daily Expense Pre-audit: Conduct preliminary review of the company’s daily operating expenses strictly in accordance with the company’s authority management table, verify the authenticity, compliance and completeness of expense documents, and standardize expense reimbursement processes.

4. Physical Asset Supervision: Responsible for regular physical inventory checking of company assets, track asset status in real time, identify potential safety and management risks of assets, and put forward risk warning and improvement suggestions.

5. Financial File Management: Collect, sort, file and keep original financial documents and business vouchers in a standardized manner, ensure complete financial archives, safe storage and easy query.

6. Platform Store Opening Review: Participate in the financial evaluation and review work of new store opening projects, cooperate with relevant teams to complete pre-opening financial assessment and risk check.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of professional working experience in finance-related positions, with solid basic financial knowledge and standardized working habits.

2. Competent in daily English communication and business correspondence, able to cope with English working environment and cross-border business financial work.

3. Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, Auditing or other finance-related majors is highly preferred.
