Position Summary

We are seeking a Production Head to lead and coordinate daily manufacturing operations while serving as a key partner to the Operations Manager. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production performance through effective leadership of production leaders and operators, while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.

The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on leader with strong people management skills, capable of coordinating multiple shifts, developing frontline leaders, and maintaining a high‑performance culture on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure operational targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Manage and develop Production Leaders and production operators, fostering accountability, teamwork, and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and EHS standards.
• Monitor production performance, productivity, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate labor allocation and workforce planning to meet production requirements.
• Handle operational escalations and provide timely resolution to production‑related issues.
• Support the standardization of manufacturing processes and best practices.
• Lead and coordinate training activities to strengthen team capabilities and operational performance.
• Promote and sustain 5S, visual management, and workplace organization initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, EHS, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor key production KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, production supervision, or production management.
• Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and 5S methodologies.
• Experience with production planning, labor management, and performance monitoring.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence teams.
• Intermediate to advanced English preferred.
