Data Operations Manager

We’re Hiring: Data Operations Manager
Are you passionate about transforming data into actionable insights and driving operational excellence across digital media campaigns? We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Data Operations Manager to join an innovative and fast-paced team!
In this role, you will:
- Lead data operations and quality assurance processes
- Develop scalable data solutions and automation initiatives
- Work cross-functionally with Digital Media, Analytics, Marketing Science, and Technology teams
- Build impactful dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau and/or Power BI
- Optimize campaign performance across digital and media platforms
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years of experience in Data Operations, Business Intelligence, or Data Management
- Strong hands-on experience with R scripting and SQL
- Expertise in Tableau and/or Power BI
- Knowledge of digital media platforms such as DV360, CM360, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, TradeDesk, and more
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and project management skills
- Experience in advertising/media agency environments is highly preferred
- Advanced English communication skills
Nice to have:
Python, Adverity, Alteryx, AWS/Redshift, Snowflake, AI tools, and media analytics experience.
