En 99minutos estamos buscando un Data & AI Manager / Gerente de Datos y Plataformas AI para liderar la estrategia técnica que impulsará la automatización y optimización de nuestros procesos. Si tienes un perfil híbrido entre la ingeniería de datos sólida y la implementación de Machine Learning en entornos productivos, ¡esta oportunidad es para ti!
Trabajarás de manera transversal con los equipos de Operaciones, Producto y Tecnología para identificar oportunidades clave e implementar soluciones de alto impacto.
Responsabilidades clave:
- Liderar el diseño, desarrollo y mantenimiento de pipelines de datos (ETL/ELT) y arquitecturas distribuidas.
- Guiar el desarrollo e implementación de modelos de Machine Learning e Inteligencia Artificial (forecasting, clasificación, NLP, etc.) en entornos reales de producción.
- Establecer y supervisar prácticas de MLOps (versionado de modelos, monitoreo y CI/CD enfocado en IA).
- Colaborar de manera transversal con stakeholders clave para traducir necesidades de negocio en soluciones analíticas y técnicas.
¿Qué perfil buscamos?
- Formación: Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Ciencias de la Computación, Matemáticas, Estadística o carrera afín.
- Experiencia técnica: +3 años de experiencia sólida en Ingeniería de Datos (data warehousing, pipelines de datos).
- Habilidades de programación: Dominio avanzado de Python y SQL.
- Herramientas clave: Experiencia con orquestadores (Apache Airflow, Prefect) y plataformas Cloud (específicamente GCP y BigQuery).
- Mundo IA/ML: Experiencia real desarrollando e implementando modelos y uso de frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Infraestructura y Big Data: Experiencia con MLOps y arquitecturas distribuidas (Spark, Kafka).
- Soft Skills: Excelente capacidad de comunicación para traducir hallazgos complejos a audiencias no técnicas.
- Deseable : Experiencia previa en el sector logístico o de última milla.
