Hybrid Fintech Application Support Lead — Automation & KPIs

Link-Worldwide is looking for an Application Support Manager in Mexico City to lead a high-performing team providing scalable support to Checkout.com merchants. You will manage team culture, mentor specialists, and ensure operational excellence through KPI monitoring and automation.
The ideal candidate should have 4–6 years of leadership experience in support with strong technical knowledge in SQL and APIs. This position allows for a hybrid work model with three days in the office each week.
