Quality Trainee/Apprentice/VIE

Responsibilities

Inspection and Monitoring: Conduct tests, sampling, and measurements on raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products.

Document Control: Support the updating of manuals, forms, and procedures for the Quality Management System.

Anomaly Reporting: Record and document nonconformity findings, supporting the investigation of their root causes.

Audits: Accompany and assist during internal audit tours and completion of checklists.

Stop at First Defect (Assembly lines) and Reaction To The First Defect (Upstream processes): Audit that the stoppage and reaction rules to the defect are respected and that a QRAP is opened and monitored according to the corresponding standard.

Prepare Quality Alerts and training of the concerned team on their content.

Respect for the Product: Ensure that components, work-in-progress, semi-finished product, finished goods are handled, identified and protected to guarantee delivery to the customer in optimal conditions. Ensure that suspect or non-conform product is identified and secured in a prison/quarantine cage, so that there is no risk of it being used in the next internal process or shipped to an external customer.

Notify the Lead Operator and/or Supervisor in case of any deviation in their line(s) or machine(s).
