• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting or media.
• 3 years of experience in people management.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently in order to communicate with stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience building trusted C-level relationships.

• Deep industry knowledge in the Finance, Tech, and Telco verticals.
• Industry knowledge in Mexico.

Automotive, Travel, and Education are key verticals for Google Large Customer Sales (LCS) Mexico. As Sector Lead, you will be tasked with continuing the transformation of this ecosystem.

In the Automotive and Travel sectors, you will partner with traditional brands and dealerships, airlines, and online travel agencies to accelerate the consumer shift from offline research to digital booking and purchasing, ultimately expanding access to broader mobility and travel experiences.

Within Education, your primary objective will be to drive student acquisition strategies, helping partners attract new learners across online, hybrid, and traditional educational platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the core sales team and engage with cross‑functional teams to deliver insights, innovative ideas, and customer service that drives business growth for our Mexico clients and for Google.
• Develop and foster C‑Level relationships (e.g., CEOs, CMOs, Heads of E‑commerce) across the portfolio, acting as a trusted advisor in their digital transformation.
• Reach/surpass product adoption metrics to make sure that clients increase their digital maturity and their business results.
• Partner with leaders of other teams to develop thought leadership around the Industry ecosystem, equipping teams across large customer sales to deliver excellent business growth and navigate industry shifts.
• Attract, develop, and retain talent in all roles across the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and deep expertise in the Finance, Tech, and Telco verticals.
