What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and execute complex engineering initiatives , supporting existing Specialty Fluid Conveyance products, including technical support, cost reduction, and product dispositions.
• Manage product line responsibilities for Subsea O&G, Beverage, A/C Tubing, Airbrake Tubing, and Thermoplastic Hydraulic Hose.
• Apply advanced engineering tools and industry best practices to solve technical challenges and guide product decisions.
• Serve as a technical leader across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, clarity, and effective execution.
• Design products, develop test plans , analyze performance data, and deliver clear, conclusive technical reports.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, or another Engineering discipline.
• Extensive experience in product engineering or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong proficiency in advanced problem-solving tools, engineering analysis, and technical communication.
• Experience leading complex engineering projects and mentoring peers.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish , with strong technical communication skills.
