En Openbank México buscamos un Customer Journey Lead que impulse la activación, el engagement y la retención de clientes, liderando la optimización del lifecycle con enfoque analítico y orientación a resultados.

Objetivo del Rol

Liderar la ejecución estratégica del onboarding y customer lifecycle, asegurando mejoras medibles en conversión, activación y rentabilidad, en alineación con la estrategia de Growth.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Definir e implementar la estrategia de onboarding, activación y engagement.
  • Optimizar funnels de conversión y early lifecycle con enfoque data-driven.
  • Diseñar y ejecutar experimentos (A/B testing, test-and-learn).
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en el journey y priorizar iniciativas de impacto.
  • Colaborar con Producto, Data, Marketing y Operaciones para asegurar ejecución efectiva.
  • Definir y monitorear KPIs clave (activation rate, churn, LTV, conversion rate).
  • Operar y optimizar herramientas de CRM y marketing automation.
  • Asegurar impacto financiero positivo en las iniciativas implementadas.

Requisitos

  • +5 años de experiencia en growth, lifecycle o entornos digitales data-driven.
  • Experiencia en optimización de onboarding y conversión.
  • Conocimiento sólido en frameworks de experimentación.
  • Fuerte capacidad analítica y mentalidad orientada a resultados.
  • Experiencia colaborando con equipos de Producto y Data.
  • Inglés avanzado.

Interacción

Trabajarás de forma transversal con Marketing, Data, Operaciones y equipos estratégicos, actuando como puente entre visión estratégica y ejecución operativa.
