About the job

This role supports the technical and network infrastructure of Franke’s operations in San Luis Potosí.

Your tasks

• Provide Level 1 technical assistance and support for incoming questions and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Add and maintain users in the phone system, assign access, and maintain their configuration.
• Assist in providing computer/network support related to software and hardware problems reported by users.
• Monitor and evaluate the efficiency of software/hardware usage, providing items to be covered in training of users to make them more efficient.
• Reliable attendance is a must.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education (Computer Systems Engineer).
• 2–4 years of related experience in a computer support environment.
• Fluent English.
