Senior Recruiter: LATAM & US Sales Talent Growth
Doist
Omilia is seeking a Recruiter to lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for its Sales and Commercial teams across LATAM and the US. You will identify, attract, and secure top talent to fuel regional growth and act as a strategic partner to regional leadership.
You will manage full-cycle sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers, ensure compliance with local regulations, and contribute market intelligence and candidate experience excellence to strengthen Omilia's employer brand in LATAM and
