Digital Services Print Software Finance Lead (San Pedro Tlaquepaque)

We are hiring a DS Print GBU Finance lead to provide financial support to the Print Product Team within the Digital Services Division.

The WS organization is a high‑growth strategic priority that spans the Personal Systems and Print segments, covering an ecosystem of services, hardware, and supplies for the commercial and small‑and‑medium business space.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for any financial‑related topic for the DS Print Software offerings.
• Work closely with the business team supporting business strategy and the transformation toward a Software/Service/SaaS business model.
• Understand the new offerings, timings, secured revenue, and orders needed to achieve the current year flash ROI analysis.
• Apply Fair Value allocation methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP in the setup of the offer.
• Use KPIs and SaaS metrics to provide business insights.
• Drive business decisions based on metrics and data.
• Provide the most complex financial analyses and convey deep understanding of business to support optimal outcomes.

Education and Experience Required

• First‑level university degree with a focus in finance and/or accounting; advanced degree or accounting certification (CPA, MBA) preferred.
• Big\,4 experience combined with 10+ years as a financial analyst.
• Experience across finance functions: public accounting, auditing, controllership, financial analysis, business planning; an established HP network is a plus.
• Understanding of HP financial data sources, access methods, and data mining.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and a broad internal network, especially CFR, RAR, IMO, Markets Finance, Integral Trade.
• Experience developing, tracking, and analyzing SaaS financial metrics.
• Experience with business transformation from hardware to software or from perpetual to SaaS models.
• Operational experience in Software and/or SaaS business.
