Talent Acquisition Advisor

• Deliver recruitment activities for the supported population


• Engage with People Managers to understand requirements and drive the end-to-end recruitment process


• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide an excellent candidate and People Manager experience


• Provide specialist technical expertise for proactive and reactive recruitment activities


• Partner with People Managers and People Leads, providing market insights and accountability for candidate experience


• Track candidates, conduct assessments, provide feedback and manage external offers; assist with internal offers as needed


• Establish business and applicant requirements with People Managers


• Lead and coach managers throughout identification, selection and hiring processes


• Source active and passive candidates through multiple channels


• Create and execute sourcing strategies for current and future vacancies


• Act as a candidate relationship manager and build talent pools


• Collaborate with BU Talent Acquisition Leads and TA Leads to implement processes and continuous improvement


• Drive operational efficiency, service quality, candidate and hiring manager experience, and SLA performance


• Support satisfaction monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Experience in talent acquisition processes and channels, with specialized expertise in sourcing, assessment, matching, selling and closing capabilities


• Expertise in local market knowledge, effective sourcing channels, industry networks and competitive landscapes


• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration and influencing skills


• Good written and verbal communication skills


• Drive for results and customer service orientation


• Strong project and vendor management skills


• Ability to lead complex projects, proactively manage work and drive continuous improvement
