Kubernetes Tech Support Engineer - Tier 2/3 (AI Vision)

Axented is seeking a highly technical Tier 2/3 Technical Support Engineer to help customers troubleshoot and resolve complex Kubernetes-based platform, infrastructure, and deployment issues in Mexico. You will reproduce customer environments, run tests, and collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive resolutions and communicate findings.
Strong English communication and cloud certifications are preferred, with hands-on experience across software, infrastructure,
