Strategic Business Analyst - Global CFO Office

Location: Torre Virreyes, Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City.

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team, working closely with the Global CFO to learn and create strategic analyses for our various business units. This role is not only focused on financial analysis but also involves participating in special projects at the group level across different countries, including Mexico, the United States, and Brazil.

Purpose of the Role

The Strategic Business Analyst will support the Global CFO by providing insightful, strategic analysis and support across our diverse business units. This position plays a crucial role in enhancing our financial and operational performance, driving strategic initiatives, and supporting decision-making processes across our global operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the Global CFO to develop strategic analyses that drive decision-making across different business units.
• Participate in special projects at the group level, impacting our operations in Mexico, the United States, and Brazil.
• Provide analytical support for financial and operational performance evaluation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and projects.
• Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic planning and competitive positioning.
• Engage with stakeholders across various countries to gather insights and data necessary for strategic analysis.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preffered.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in strategic analysis, financial analysis, or a related field or good skills to do the job.
• Exceptional English language skills - advanced level fluency is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership and influence decision-making processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
