Enzo Tech are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Implementation Lead to support payroll implementation projects for Mexico. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Mexican payroll regulations, SAP payroll configuration, and payroll integrations, along with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather payroll requirements and guide them through workshops, system setup, and configuration activities
• Validate and configure payroll solutions and integrations in compliance with Mexican legal and payroll regulations
• Support data mapping, migration activities, YTD preparation, and payroll accuracy validations
• Manage all testing phases including SIT, UAT, parallel runs, and resolve configuration or integration issues with global teams
• Lead go-live activities and ensure payroll system readiness for deployment
• Track project progress and maintain project documentation
• Collaborate closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of payroll and time regulations in Mexico
• Proven experience in SAP payroll configuration and payroll integrations
• Fluent in both English and Spanish with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Previous experience working on international payroll implementation projects is an advantage
