Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Position: Senior HR Business Partner, LATAM

Location: Mexico City/Onsite, with regional travel

Client: A confidential, high-growth organization operating across Latin America

About the Role

We are conducting a confidential search for a Senior HR Business Partner to lead people strategy across Latin America operations. This is a regional role, partnering directly with senior business leaders to drive talent strategy, organizational design, and employee experience across multiple LATAM markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR partner to senior leaders across LATAM business units, advising on org design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
• Lead full-cycle HR support for a multi-country client group, including performance management, compensation planning, and employee relations
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support regional hiring plans and leadership pipeline development
• Guide managers through organizational change, restructuring, and change management initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor law and employment regulations across multiple LATAM jurisdictions (e.g., Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Chile)
• Analyze people data and metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive interventions
• Champion culture and employee engagement initiatives at a regional scale
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to people leaders, building manager capability

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in an HRBP or HR generalist role supporting multiple LATAM countries
• Strong working knowledge of labor law across at least two major LATAM markets
• Proven experience partnering with senior/executive stakeholders
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth, or matrixed organizations
• Comfort with ambiguity and building process where none previously existed
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
