IT Specialist Service Desk

We are looking for an experienced IT Service Desk professional to provide high‑quality first‑line and initial second‑line support across an enterprise application landscape, ensuring reliable IT services and an excellent end‑user experience.

What you’ll need

• 3–5+ years of experience in IT Service Desk or IT Operations, supporting enterprise users in a shared services or corporate environment.
• Hands‑on experience with incident management, service requests, and initial troubleshooting, acting as a primary point of contact for users.
• Exposure to ERP and business‑critical applications, preferably Infor LN; SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA are a strong plus.
• Working knowledge of ITSM/ITIL practices, including ticket documentation, categorization, escalation, and end‑to‑end ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• English: Advanced level, able to communicate clearly with users, IT teams, and stakeholders.
• Nice to have: Experience in BSC/shared services environments.
• Strong customer service mindset with clear and professional communication.
• Ability to understand cross‑application dependencies within complex IT landscapes.
• Proactive attitude toward continuous service improvement and knowledge sharing.
