Forvis Mazars is hiring a Senior Transaction Services Professional - Mexico City (LatAm focus). At Forvis Mazars Mexico, we are expanding our Transaction Services practice and seeking a motivated Senior professional to join our team in Mexico, one of the fastest-growing hubs for M&A and cross-border deals in LatAM. Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance and operational results of target companies.
• Prepare Quality of Earnings (QoE) reports and identify key diligence issues and value drivers.
• Evaluate financial trends, normalize EBITDA, and identify post-transaction risks or synergies.
• Lead client meetings and support executive discussions.
• Coordinate with LatAm to deliver cross-border projects.
• Build robust financial models for analysis and valuation.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Transaction Services, M&A advisory, or financial due diligence (consulting).
• Advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, international environment.
• English proficiency.
• Immediate incorporation into a multinational firm with a consolidated presence in audit, tax, advisory, and transaction services.
