Finance Manager

We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our local subsidiary in Mexico. In this role, you will take full ownership of the entity's financial health, from establishing local corporate bank accounts and managing tax compliance to driving bookkeeping accuracy and financial reporting.

This is on-site position and the salary range is MXN 60K-80K per month.

Responsibilities :

• Subsidiary Accounting: Manage and maintain day-to-day bookkeeping, general ledger, and financial records for the local Mexican entity
• Tax Compliance: Prepare, calculate, and file local tax returns in full compliance with SAT regulations
• Banking & Treasury: Handle the opening and management of local bank accounts, payment gateways, and corporate financial setups
• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, bank reconciliations, and cash flow reports for both local management and HQ

Requirement s:

• Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in corporate finance or accounting roles
• Industry Preference: Strong preference for candidates with experience in the FinTech sector, digital payment platforms, or fast-growing tech startups
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Technical Expertise:

• Deep understanding of Mexican tax laws, NIF, and local regulatory requirements
• Hands-on experience with mass reconciliations, digital payment flows, and ERP systems
• Proven experience dealing with local banks, legal entities setup, and treasury functions
• Advanced Excel and ERP management skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish required; conversational Mandarin Chinese a strong plus
