Supply Chain Analyst (Planner)

We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst with Planner experience who support operational planning, inventory, and logistics analysis through Oracle ERP , following the guidelines of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate inventory accuracy.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of information within the Oracle ERP system by coordinating and executing the cycle count program, timely recording inventory transactions, and performing inventory adjustments.
• Perform detailed inventory analysis to identify discrepancies, optimize inventory levels, ensure inventory rotation through the FIFO methodology, and manage slow-moving or potentially obsolete materials.
• Track and ensure compliance with customer purchase orders, production requirements, and supplier deliveries to support the proper flow of materials throughout the supply chain.
• Monitor material parameters within the MRP system, ensuring material availability through accurate bill of materials (BOM) explosion and proper tracking of production consumption via work orders.
• Identify root causes of inventory variances and implement continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen) within warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree: Engineering/Administration
• 1+ Year Experience in Supply Chain (Planner)
• Experience in:
• Demand, supply, production, and inventory planning (S&OP / IBP).
• Analysis of KPIs and operational metrics (OTIF, Inventory Turns, Forecast Accuracy, Service Level, Cost-to-Serve, among others).
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent platforms).
• Data management and analysis using tools such as Power BI, advanced Excel, and analytics platforms.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of procurement, sourcing, and supplier management processes.
