Analytics Engineers Senior
Requisitos
- Escolaridad: Ing / Lic en Sistemas o Similar
- Idioma: inglés Intermedio
- Experiencia: +5 años de experiencia en roles similares
Tecnologías
- Lenguajes/Consulta: SQL avanzado, Python, R (básico)
- Transformación: dbt, Dataform, Airflow
- Bases de Datos Analíticas: BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift
- Modelado: Dimensional (Star Schema), Data Vault
- BI: Looker, Tableau, Power BI
- Control Versiones: Git, CI/CD
- IA para Análisis: SQL generativo, LLMs (asistentes), PandasAI, DuckDB+LLM, Herramientas conversacionales para exploración de datos
- Plataformas Modernas: Hex, Observable, notebooks, no/low-code
- Otras: Jupyter
Descripción del rol
- Construir el puente entre datos crudos y decisiones accionables, transformando información compleja en modelos útiles; democratizar el acceso a insights mediante IA y self-service analytics.
- Modelado de datos analíticos (dimensional, capas semánticas, KPIs), implementación de pipelines de transformación (dbt, calidad), desarrollo de soluciones de autoservicio con IA (generativa, conversacional), gestión de calidad de datos (tests, monitoreo), colaboración interdisciplinaria, y automatización/innovación con IA.
