Improve & Maintain Quality Assurance & Control process of the Plant as per the requirements of Donaldson, Customer & International standards.

Role Responsibilities

• Review quality-related documents according to the Quality Plan.
• Inspection of products as per the Quality plan & Drawings.
• Train personnel in aspects related to quality and inspection.
• Assist the Quality Manager during Customer & Vendor Audit.
• Introduce new methods for continuous improvement of the existing procedures.
• Lead CAPA Process for external quality.
• Raise & ensure closure of NCRs for internal quality.
• Monitor, improve and maintain MSA (Measurement System Analysis).
• Oversee the quality of assembly, welding, fabrication, blasting, and painting, and ensure all terms are as per customer requirements and engineering specifications.
• Any other task assigned. Comply with all processes and procedures (HR, Quality, HSE, Finance, IT, Procurement, Operations), which include compliance with all applicable rules and regulations of the local labor law. Employee shall comply with the requirements listed in the Company’s QHSE Management System.

Minimum qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in fabrication, welding, painting and assembly to ensure the requirements are met in the structural products fabricated in the metal fabrication shop.
• Experience in the implementation of systems as per requirements of ISO 9001.
• Strong computer skills-Microsoft Office.
• AIAG/VDA PFMEA training certification.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• LEAN manufacturing knowledge and training.
• SSPC Certification or equivalent for painting.
• CWI Certification or AMPP coating inspector needed.
• Review & implementation of welding procedures.
• Review & implementation of NDT procedures.
• Visual Inspection of welds.
