Job Description

We are looking for a Manager, Product

Responsibilities

1. [Product roadmap development] Perform the strategy for the product portfolio by considering market needs and competitiveness.

2. [Product strategy development] Participate in the development of product differentiation plan and positioning strategy based on company, competitor and market analysis and manage the definitions of the specifications.

3. [New business area identification] Plan for development of new products, services and business by deriving insights from the customer and company's perspective.

4. [Future technology and mid- to long-term strategy development] Plan the preparation of advanced technologies and investment direction based on the mid- to long-term commercialization concept and roadmap and prepare for securing of the business capability for the future.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of experience in product management, product strategy, portfolio management, commercial strategy, category management, or business strategy within consumer-facing industries. Experience in mobile, consumer electronics, telecommunications, retail, e-commerce, fintech, banking, payments, consumer lending, or other highly competitive consumer businesses is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to translate customer insights, market trends, competitive intelligence and business objectives into product or portfolio strategies.

• Candidates should demonstrate strong commercial acumen and an understanding of customer segmentation, portfolio performance, market share, profitability and go-to-market strategy.

• For candidates coming from fintech, banking, payments or consumer credit, experience managing consumer products, portfolios, customer propositions, pricing, acquisition, retention or commercial strategy is particularly relevant.

• Strong ability to connect emerging technologies and market trends with future product opportunities and medium- to long-term business strategy.
