Repair Quoting Specialist

We are currently seeking a Repair Quoting Specialist to prepare accurate and timely repair quotes for customer equipment. This role combines technical knowledge with strong communication and organizational skills to deliver competitive, customer-ready quotes while ensuring compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed repair quotations, including labor, parts, and lead times.
• Collaborate with technical experts to clarify repair scope and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with Procurement to verify pricing, shipping, and parts availability.
• Track open quotes and follow up with customers to obtain approvals.
• Maintain accurate records of quotes, parts pricing, and repair recommendations.
• Ensure all quotations comply with company policies, service standards, and industry regulations.

• Advanced English proficiency (required).
• College coursework in a related field; a completed degree is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in quoting, estimating, or parts coordination within a technical service environment.
• Experience in industries such as cleanroom equipment, laboratory equipment, HVAC, or similar is preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
