Objective

Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of data science, artificial intelligence, and strategic project management initiatives to accelerate the organization’s digital transformation. Responsible for identifying high-impact opportunities, turning data into business decisions, driving automation, and ensuring the successful execution of cross-functional programs that improve efficiency, innovation, customer experience, and value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for advanced analytics, data science, and artificial intelligence aligned with business objectives.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of data scientists, data engineers, analysts, project leaders, and business specialists.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of analytical and AI models: ideation, development, validation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Lead portfolios of strategic projects, ensuring compliance with scope, budget, timelines, risks, and expected benefits.
• Translate business needs into actionable and measurable analytical solutions.
• Collaborate with technology, product, operations, finance, commercial, and customer service areas to prioritize initiatives.
• Ensure the proper capture, quality, availability, and use of data to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Analytics, AI, Business Administration, Technology, or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in analytics, data science, digital transformation, or technology.
• 5+ years in leadership positions managing teams and complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, predictive analytics, statistical models, and data utilization.
• Experience in strategic project management and organizational transformation.
