About the Role

We are looking for a diligent Accounting Analyst to join our Record to Report (R2R) team supporting North America & the Caribbean. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records across multiple entities, including Canada, Bermuda, Barbados, Cayman Islands and U.S. Captives. You'll work within a Global Capability Center, collaborating with Controllership, Finance and Audit teams across the region, while gaining exposure to international accounting practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Prepare, review and post journal entries (regular, delegated and ad-hoc), ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations and proactively follow up on open or aging items through to resolution.
• Support month-end close activities, including banking close processes for Canada & Bermuda.
• Compose, modify and reconcile fixed/business assets, including depreciation reclass entries.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests, SOX testing and self-assessment reviews.
• Supply to special projects such as revenue recognition reviews and process automation initiatives (e.g., Trintech, Power BI, Power Apps).
• Partner with regional and global teams to share guidelines and drive continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role (account reconciliations, journal entries, general accounting).
• Intermediate to Sophisticated English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with Workday and/or Trintech is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to delivering outcomes, and a collaborative, positive attitude.
• Comfortable adapting to change and working with cross-functional, multicultural teams.
